CLEVELAND -- U.S. Marshals tracked the Fugitive of the Week Jovan Vereen from Buffalo to Cleveland, then captured him late Monday afternoon.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force offered a reward for his capture.
Vereen was wanted out of Buffalo for unlawful possession of a firearm.
U.S. Marshals in Buffalo tracked Vereen to Cleveland, where members of the task force followed several leads.

Vereen, 30, stands about 5'07" and weighs 260 pounds. He goes by the street name "Fat Cat" and the last place he was seen in Cleveland was on the 3000 block of East 65th Street.
Vereen has a violent criminal history and was considered armed and dangerous.
