The buzz for who could be Mitt Romney's running mate is growing stronger Monday after this past weekend's Utah summit for Romney donors and Republican leaders.

Several potential running mates attended the event, including Ohio's U.S. Sen. Rob Portman.

Portman was in town today for a roundtable discussion on second chances for those who have served time in prison, an issue he has championed as a Congressman and a U.S. Senator.

WKYC's Russ Mitchell asked Portman about his attendance at the Romney summit and increasing talk that he could be on the Republican ticket.

Portman also said whatever the U.S. Supreme Court rules later this week on President Obama's health care plan, he believes lawmakers need to go back and reform health care "in the right way."
