CLEVELAND -- This week's 3 on 3 segment features WTAM evening host Bob Frantz, Cleveland YWCA President and CEO Margaret Mitchell and local small business advocate Andrew Samtoy.

The hot topics for the Thursday, June 28, 2012 edition are:

1) Accused Chardon school shooter T.J. Lane is getting some help from a mysterious donor. An unnamed person, through their California law firm, is offering to assist Lane with his million-dollar bail. If posted, Lane would be transferred from a juvenile detention facility to a mental hospital for treatment at his own expense. He would not go free. What's the motivation?

2) The U.S. Supreme court will uphold, strike down, or slice and dice President Obama's "Afordable Health Care Act," namely the requirment or "mandate" that everyone be insured. If they strike the mandate down, much of the rest of the plan would likely fizzle. What will happen, and what will be the impact on Americans?

3) Ann Curry will announce that today is her last day anchoring the "Today" show. She is immensely likable, just not a perfect fit with the rest of the team -- a team responsible for being likable, and in charge of bringing in hundreds of millions of dollars. NBC's lagging ratings are likely a larger problem here. What can we take away from this?
