SHAKER HEIGHTS-- After six years, Shaker Heights Police have made an arrest in a fatal stabbing.
Steven L. Rackley, 41, of Garfield Heights was arrested Tuesday in connection with the 2006 murder of Mitchell Perry, a 26 year-old Cleveland resident.
The murder occured on Scottsdale Boulevard on November 8, 2006.
Wednesday, the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted Rackley for aggravated murder, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, and tampering with evidence.
