The F.B.I. and 2 local police agencies search for bank robbery suspects involved in 2 separate incidents which occurred Friday.

The first robbery happened Friday shortly after 2:40 p.m. at the Fifth Third Bank at 1616 West 117th Street in Lakewood, Ohio.

A white man, described as Hispanic, possibly in his 30's about 5 feet 9 inches tall robbed the bank. He allegedly had an accomplice, a black woman, waiting in a red Volkswagon Jetta station wagon.

A few hours later, shortly after 4:00 p.m., the Ohio Savings Bank at 34206 Aurora Road in Solon was robbed.

This bank robber was a black man in his 30's, thin build, having a scruffy beard and a tattoo on his right arm.

These 2 robberies are NOT related.  No one was injured in either robbery. The robbers in both hold ups left the scene with an undetermined amount of money.

Anyone having information on either robbery should call the Cleveland FBI at 216-522-1400, the Lakewood Police Deparment or the Solon Police Department.
