Tour de France champ Lance Armstrong is striking back at the agency that has filed doping charges. The suit filed today is trying to prevent the U.S anti-doping agency from enforcing sanctions or arbitrations on Armstrong. He is accused of using performance enhancing drugs during his career. The agency added that ten of his former teammates are ready to testify against him. The seven time champion says that these allegations will do irreparable harm" against him and his career.
A 10-year-old Texas boy has quite the story to tell , and it was all caught on tape. He was out fishing with his family when he reeled in a massive bull shark! With a little help from dad, the little guy reeled in the big catch. After posing for a few pictures, the family decided to release the shark back into the ocean.

Details of their custody agreement remain private however, Holmes is currently living with the couple's six-year-old daughter in New York City. It has been said that Cruise's devotion to Scientology was a major factor in the split.
