CLEVELAND -- An east side exit ramp has been reopened following an early morning crash.
A dump truck hit an overhead highway sign closing the East 185th Street exit on I-90 eastbound around 1:30 a.m.
Police say the dump truck's bed was up when it hit the sign. The truck was carrying asphalt.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
