Cleveland: Possible electrocution at Harvard substation

CLEVELAND -- Man found laying on the ground, possible electrocution victim.

Authorities were called to the substation at East 87th and Harvard in Cleveland for a possible break-in.

The Cleveland Fire Department spokesperson Larry Gray tells Channel 3 News when the fire department, EMS, and police arrived on Harvard, they found a man laying on the ground with a pair of pliers in his hand.  He appeared to be electrocuted.

EMS #13 took the man to Cleveland MetroHealth Medical Center.  There is no other information available on the severity of the man's injuries.
