CLEVELAND -- Graphic testimony in the trial of a former police officer accused of having sex with a teenage boy.

The boy and his mother-who says she discovered them in her home-took the stand.

The mother recounted the moments after she says she found the Waite Hill officer with her 14-year-old son.

"I'm 39. I've never seen anything like this."

She testified that she saw Matthew Mole, 34, naked with her son in their Richmond Heights home.

The son took the stand and told the court he told the officer he was 18.

The two had met online and Mole's attorney's argued that he had no reason not to believe the alleged victim wasn't 18.

But the prosecution disputed that contention.

The victim also told prosecutors that he regrets what happened.

As for Matthew Mole, the jury trial on the unlawful sexual conduct with a minor charge will continue tomorrow.

He's facing a second charge in this case. A bench trial is scheduled for that charge.
