CLEVELAND -- And it keeps rising higher and higher and higher!   Could say that about the Cleveland temps but this time it's about the Powerball jackpot.

The jackpot sets at $80 million or $53.6 million with the cash value option.

The winning Powerball numbers are:

5, 36, 49, 55, 22, and 23
