WASHINGTON -- More than 100,000 Troxel Flexible Flyer Swing Sets are being recalled in the U.S. and Canada due to a defect posing a fall hazard.
The see saw seats can break away from the bolt fasteners during use.
There have been 1,232 reports of see saw seats breaking, causing 13 injuries to young children. Injuries were limited to bumps, bruises and lacerations.

If you own one of these models, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends to stop using the see saws immediately and contact Troxel to receive a free repair kit.
The swing sets were sold from December 2011 through May 2012 at Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, Academy and speciality retailers, as well as online.
About 100,500 units in the U.S. are affected by the recall.
