AKRON -- The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office and Akron police are investigating the death of a Copley man after he lost control of his motorcycle.

Twenty-seven year old Daniel Clouser of Copley was riding a 1996 Yamaha motorcycle on I-76 just west of East Avenue when authorities say he lost control of the bike and struck a semi-tractor trailer.

Clouser was transported to Akron General Medical Center where he later died Thursday afternoon.
