CLEVELAND -- People pretending to be dead bodies laid in a parking lot as emergency responders reacted all around them.
Some rescuers wearing protective suits, picked up fake bodies and whisked them away on stretchers.
It was all part of an emergency response drill held downtown on Tuesday involving 50 different agencies.

The drill was done to test existing response plans for a simulated radiological emergency.
The agencies came from several sectors, including health and public safety from the local, state and federal level.
Dubbed "Hotter in Cleveland," it was a full-scale drill to provide realistic training in the coordinated execution of response plans.
The exercise took place at the Port of Cleveland (adjacent to Cleveland Browns Stadium).
