AKRON -- A Mogadore woman arrested in connection with a fatal hit-skip has had her bond set at $100,000.
Dianna L. Vandyne, 46, must post 10 percent of that amount in order to get out of jail. She is scheduled for arraignment Aug. 10 in Common Pleas Court.
Troopers arrested Vandyne on July 26 in the July 17 hit-skip death of Anthony Weakland, 16, of Akron, on Albrecht Avenue.
She's charged with felony hit-skip and tampering with evidence.
She was stopped by troopers on Trares Road in Portage County and arrested on a warrant issued by Akron Municipal Court.

Weakland was walking with a friend when he was struck and killed instantly.
