Cleveland: Bond set at $150K for man in deadly festival crash

CLEVELAND -- The driver accused of driving his car through a barricade and into a crowd of people during a Cleveland street festival has had his bond set at $150,000 thousand dollars.

One person died in the crash that happened on Clifton near W. 117th in Cleveland over the weekend.

Timothy Spock, 35, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide

During the arraignment, the judge pointed out that the defendant, Timothy Spock, has had three priors for OVI charges.
