CLEVELAND -- Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court records indicate that Scott A. Smith was indicted on weapons charges Monday.
Smith, 37, of North Ridgeville, was arrested Aug. 4 at the Regal Cinema in Crocker Park with a loaded gun, ammunition and four knives at an Aug. 4 showing of "The Dark Knight Rises."
Charges listed in the court docket are carrying concealed weapons (a fourth-degree felony) for the loaded gun, carrying a concealed weapon (a misdemeanor) for 4 knives he was carrying, and having guns under disability (a third degree felony) for the loaded gun plus the ones police discovered at his home.
Smith has been held in jail since his arrest Aug. 4, court records indicate.
Court records show he is being held on $250,000 bond and is now scheduled to have a preliminary hearing at 3 p.m. Tuesday. His arraignment, according to court records, is 8:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 27.
