Summerfield already headed back to North Carolina

MEDINA COUNTY -- Nathan Summerfield wasn't back in the Medina County jail more than an hour before waiting Dare County deputies scooped him up and headed back to North Carolina.

The next stop for him? A trial on a charge of first-degree murder.
