CUAYHOGA FALLS -- Through an investigation, the Cuyahoga Falls Police Narcotics Unit, with the assistance of the Summit County Drug Unit, learned that a methamphetamine lab was in progress at 312 Grant Avenue in Cuyahoga Falls.
Two people were arrested and both are in the Cuyahoga Falls jail before their appearance Tuesday in Stow Municipal Court.
They are Edward M. Collins III, 28, of Cuyahoga Falls, charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, illegal assembly of chemicals to manufacture, possession of criminal tools, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Chelsea C. Park, 23, of Cuyahoga Falls, was charged with illegal assembly of chemicals to manufacture.
