Man arrested for hiding 90 marijuana plants in his basement

WINDHAM TOWNSHIP, OH -- The Portage County Drug Task Force arrested a 42-year-old man for growing and selling marijuana on Thursday.

According to Portage County Sheriff David Doak, Brett Pesicek, of Windham Township, was arrested after a several month investigation lead to a search of Pesicek's home.

In the basement of Pesicek's house, Task Force Agents found a false wall concealing 90 marijuana plants.

Also found in the basement was sophispticated equipment used to grow marijuana, such as lights, fans, and humidifiers.

Pesicek is the owner of All American Concrete Company.

He is also charged with child endangerment. Pesicek lived in the home with his two sons, 12 and 18.

Task Force Agents will seek additional charges once the case is reviewed by the Portage County Prosecutors and evidence is presented to a Grand Jury.
