STEUBENVILLE -- High school football season is just getting underway and already a disturbing story at one of Ohio's powerhouse programs.
Two former sophomore starters on Steubenville High School's football team are facing rape and kidnapping charges.
Several players that are still playing for the team are also being investigated.
The 16-year-old victim is from West Virginia.
The students athletes are accused of assaulting her at a party in early August.
A special prosecutor and visiting judge have been appointed to the case.
