    • From the WKYC video archives, Tom Beres reports from Baltimore where Art Modell announced in 1995 his intent to move his NFL franchise to Baltimore.

    The team would be re-named the Ravens.

    Modell said at the time that he had "no choice" but to move from Cleveland.
