EASTLAKE -- Authorities have identified the remains of a man found near a set of railroad tracks early Friday morning.
Chief Larry Reik tells WKYC-TV Joshua Baughman was found at the end of East 365th Street near the tracks. Officers say it appears Baughman had been dead for a number of days.
In August, police issued an arrest warrant for Baughman after a shooting in a Walmart parking lot.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner will determine the man's cause of death.
