WASHINGTON -- The Food and Drug Administration has sent L'Oreal a warning about their skin care line.
It's all over the company's marketing. It claims their creams "are intended to affect the structure of the human body."
The F.D.A. warned that the claim would make it a drug, consequently needing federal approval in the U.S.
A L'Oreal spokesperson said they are aware of the letter and plan to comply with all F.D.A. laws and regulations.
