CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Hopkins Airport security manager was placed on unpaid administrative leave following his arrest by North Ridgeville Police Department on Sept. 11.
John Dialinos, 45, was charged with two counts of telecommunications harassment and one count of public indecency.
He is expected to appear in court on these charges on Wednesday.
The charges stem from complaints made by tanning salon employees who reported receiving harassing phone calls back in December 2011 and more recently in August of this year.
Employees reported that the caller made lewd comments while moaning and breathing heavily on multiple occasions.
During the same time periods, an employee at a tanning salon also observed a man who appeared to be masturbating in a nearby vehicle outside of the salon.
Police were able to trace the calls back to a prepaid cell phone that was in Dialinos' possession. One of the recovered cell phones contained only contacts for area tanning salons.
Dialinos was also picked out of a photo lineup, identified as the man who appeared to be masturbating outside of a salon in December 2011.
Employees at two different tanning salons in North Ridgeville observed Dialinos parked outside of the businesses for long periods of time.
Dialinos was placed on unpaid administrative leave pending further investigation.
