CLEVELAND -- A 37-year-old Cleveland man has pleaded not guilty to charges that he raped a 12-year-old girl back in 1996.
Marion Williams appeared in court Monday morning.
Investigators credit the state's new computer database for creating a break in the case.
The victim says she was walking near West 65th when Williams grabbed her at gunpoint.
Williams remains behind bars. The judge set bond at $250,000.
