HUDSON -- Officials evacuated homes in the area of Route 303 and Bradley Roads due to a natural gas leak.
A city spokeswoman says a contractor struck a natural gas main.
As of 3:30 p.m. open lane of Route 303 was open between North Hayden and Route 91. It had all been temporarily closed for a short time.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
