CLEVELAND -- If you visit Cleveland's Ohio City, you'll notice the streets are now lined with festive fall decorations. It's all thanks to one woman.

She wanted to give back to the neighborhood she calls home. Five years ago, Diane Miller decided to share her love of fall by transforming the neighborhood.

Her vision began right outside the front door of her Bridge Street bed and breakfast.

She started the Ohio City Decorating project because it's just a perfect answer to a little warm feeling.

Soon local businesses wanted to join in on the festivities, saying it was their way of giving back to the neighborhood. They love the neighborhood and want visitors to come and see them.

One visitor said it "speaks about the neighborhood that folks are engaged with each other."
