2 Cups - Cubed Bread - Dried
¾ Cup - Chicken Stock
1 Cup - Celery Diced
½ Cup - Onion, Diced
½ tsp - Thyme
½ tsp - Rosemary
½ tsp - Parsley
1 ¼ - Gala Apples - Diced
½ Cup - Cranberries Dried
1 Fl Oz - Apple Juice
2 oz - Butter
- In a large skillet, melt the butter, add celery and onion. Sauté until translucent.
- Remove from heat, add thyme, rosemary, parsley, gala apples and cranberries.
- In a large bowl, combine the fruit mixture with bread crumbs, apple juice and chicken broth.
- Place in pan, cover with foil and bake at 325F for 34 minutes.
9oz Pork Chop
Cut a ½" Slice into the Pork chop and gently open, stuff the stuffing into the pork chop. Sear on a hot griddle, place into the oven to finish.
Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
