ROCKY RIVER -- A man accused of spying on a woman inside a restaurant bathroom faced a judge this morning.
David Coughlin asked for a court appointed lawyer at a hearing in Rocky River Municipal Court.
Police say last month a woman called for help after she says she found a man staring up at her from underneath an adjoining bathroom stall at the Panera on Center Ridge Road.
Coughlin faces a charge of voyeurism.
