EUCLID -- Traffic on I-90 is back to normal after a few crashes late Friday night.
A Channel 3 News crew saw the first accident shortly after 9:30 p.m. Friday night.
While checking out the second accident, Channel 3 News was told a Euclid police officer responding to the first crash on I-90 eastbound at the split was rear-ended, his car sustaining rear-end damage.
The officer was taken to the hospital but has since been treated and released. Officers say that he is ok and is resting.
A Euclid Police dispatcher said the accident has been cleared up and traffic is back to normal. The tow trucks were clearing the officer's SUV and the other vehicle shortly after 11 p.m. Friday night.
