High water and slick roads again this morning as the remnants of Superstorm Sandy continue to bring steady rain to the Cleveland area.

Here's a look at what to watch for on the roadways as you head out this morning from Pat Butler and WTAM Total Traffic.

Cuyahoga County:  Garfield Heights-  SR 86 closed in both directions between Gray Road and Grandridge Point due to a power line down on some trees.

Cuyahoga County: University Circle-- Police have traffic units directing vehicles through the area at Stokes & Carnegie, Euclid & Stearns, MLK & Cedar, and Euclid & Stokes Blvd. due to power outages that have knocked out traffic signals.

Cuyahoga County:  Independence-- Canal Road flooded out north of Rockside Road to Granger.  Granger to Tinkers Creek closed as result.

Cuyahoga County: Cleveland-- W. 117th/Franklin.  Traffic light out causing delays getting onto I-90.

Cuyahoga County: Bratenahl -- Lakeshore Blvd. closed between Bratenahl Rd. and Eddy Rd. due to a tree down

Cuyahoga County: Westlake--Hilliard Blvd. closed between Westhill Blvd. and Queen Annes Gate for trees and wires down

Cuyahoga County: Cleveland (west side) -- W. 150th closed north of I-480 due to flooding.

Cuyahoga County: High water has the West Shoreway/Rt. 2 Westbound down to one lane from W. 45th to Edgwater Park.

Cuyahoga County: Valley View -- Canal Rd. closed between Alexander and Tinkers Creek.

Cuyahoga County: Brecksville -- Intersection of Riverview and Vaughn closed.

Cuyahoga County: Broadview Hts. -- Avery at Woodmere still closed, as well as Harris at Cranberry Ridge.

Cuyahoga County: Brooklyn -- Biddulph from Ridge to Roadoan.

Cuyahoga County: Brook Park -- Sheldon Road closed at Abrams Creek due to flooding.

Cuyahoga County: Westlake--Columbia Rd SB lanes closed S/O Westwood Rd.

Cuyahoga County: North Royalton--Drake Rd closed between W. 130th and Bennett Rd.

Cuyahoga County: Strongsville -- Drake Road closed from Prospect to Pearl.

Cuyahoga County: Brecksville--Highland Dr. closed between Oakes Rd. and Rt. 82.

Cuyahoga County: Fairview Park--Mastick Rd. WB lanes blocked between Brookpark Rd. and Clague Rd.

Lake County: Leroy Township -- Vrooman Road still closed due to flooding.

Lorain County: Wellington -- Rt. 18 closed between SR 58 and OH-301.

Lorain County: Vermont closed south of Rte. 303. Foster is closed from Indian Hollow to Short.

Lorain County: West Road closed south of Parsons to Nickel Plate.
