If you have waited for Election Day to vote, here are a few tips.

Polls in Ohio are open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.

Make sure you bring your identification to vote:

Acceptable forms of identification are a current and valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or State of Ohio identification card; a copy of a current utility bill, bank statement or government check, paycheck or other government document.

What's on YOUR Ohio ballot?

Vote-by-mail ballots must be POSTMARKED by midnight Monday Nov. 5 to be counted. This DOES NOT include a postage evidence system like a  "postage meter machine."

If you are returning your vote-by-mail ballot BY HAND, it must be delivered to your board of election NO LATER Than 7:30 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 6.

You CANNOT return your vote-by-mail ballot at any polling location on Election Day.
