Here's a look at some of the issues being reported at some polling stations in Northeast Ohio as voting takes place for the 2012 election.

1 p.m. Voters in Cleveland's 14th precinct had their ballots locked up for a while after a scanner jammed. People continued to vote but had their ballots placed in a lock box until they could be scanned. Details here: http://www.wkyc.com/news/article/268145/396/Cuyahoga-County-Polls-bustling-with-few-snags

12:16 p.m.: Voter reports scanner at polling station at the Boys & Girls Club on Trowbridge is broken. Claims poll workers are putting the ballots into a drawer saying they will get to them later.

11:47 a.m.: Voter in Akron says there is confusion at Forge Street polling site. Location is actually a boarded up high school. Building in the parking lot, which is actually on College Street, is the actual polling location.

11:03 a.m.: Cleveland Police say they have two incidents at polling stations so far, both minor. At the Cory Rec Center in Cleveland a man who only had a food stamp card to show as ID refused to leave. Officers escorted the man away. Similar situation at another polling location where a man described as having mental issues refused to leave polling place because he didn't have proper ID to vote.

10:52 a.m.: Long time regular voter claims he was unable to vote at Halloran Park polling station because his name was not on the voter rolls. Claims another voter had similar issue.

9:06 a.m.: Voter says he was told at his polling station at the Puritas Lutheran Church on Bellair in Cleveland that he could not vote because he already cast an absentee ballot. A check of the most recent list of absentee voters, however, showed he had not voted and he was permitted to cast a ballot. Voter claims training inadequate for those working the polls.
