CLEVELAND --  The 14th precinct had 20 voters in line before the polls opened.

Poll workers say it has been non-stop most of the day.

There was one snag in the process. For two hours, a scanner was jammed. One voter put too many ballot sheets in it at once.

While the scanner was jammed, workers locked up those ballots.

They will be counted later today. The 14th precinct is back on line and busy as ever.
