AKRON -- A judge has set a January 7 trial date for a man charged in the deaths of three men who answered bogus job postings on Craigslist.
Richard Beasley sat in a wheelchair during the hearing Friday and did not address the court. He has pleaded not guilty.
A teenager also accused in the case will be sentenced Friday. A jury convicted Brogan Rafferty on aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder charges.
