Police investigate 2 homicides

CLEVELAND -- Police are investigating two separate homicides Sunday morning.

The first homicide happened at midnight on 2405 Central Avenue.

Leandre A. Meredeth, 32, was shot in the back and unresponsive when police found him.

EMS took Meredeth to MetroHealth Medical Center where he died from his injuries.

The second shooting happened at 5 a.m. At least four people were involved in a shooting outside of Club Tiko on 3559 East 93rd Street where one person has died.

Club staff says they kicked out two men for fighting in the club then shortly after shots were fired outside of it.

All four victims were transported to MetroHealth Medical Center. One male died from his injuries another male was shot.

Police say another female and male were hit by a car. The female suffered a broken femur and the male a broken ankle.

No arrests have been made in either shooting.
