Clark is accused of beating his wife in August during an argument at the couple's home in the South Broadway neighborhood.
He is believed to be hiding on Cleveland's west side, possibly in the 3100 block of West 73rd Street where he used to live.
The fugitive's extensive criminal record, which dates back ten years, includes arrests for drug trafficking and possession, burglary, assault, kidnapping, intimidation, child endangering, and two previous incidents of domestic violence.
Clark had only been out of prison about a month when the August incident took place. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a cash reward for the information which leads to his arrest.
