SOUTH EUCLID -- The FBI says the man who robbed the PNC bank in South Euclid Monday is suspected of robbing two other banks in September and October.
The FBI says that the PNC Bank on Mayfield Road in South Euclid was robbed about 9:15 a.m. Monday.
The man is described as in his early 30, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a slender build, facial hair and glasses, and wearing a colorful striped jacket.
Witnesses say he enters the bank pretending to be on a cell phone and then says "this is a robbery, give me your strapped money."
The FBI says he is also a suspect in the Oct. 26 robbery of Dollar Bank at 5201 Wilson Mills Road in Richmond Heights and the Sept. 4 robbery of the Huntington Bank on Dunham Road in Maple Heights.
Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individual(s) responsible for this robbery(s).
