Wickliffe police make arrests in Willoughby robberies

WICKLIFFE -- On Monday, detectives arrested Robert Cornelison, 29, in connection with the robbery that occurred at Subway on Nov. 12.

Cornelison has been charged with felony robbery for the incident and he has been charged with two additional counts of robbery for incidents at Tye Dye Sky and TNT Tanning, both in Willoughby.

Cornelison's arrest was the result of a joint investigation by the Willoughby and Wickliffe police departments.

Cornelison is a former resident of Willoughby and Highland Heights.

On Wednesday, Wickliffe detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Lindsay Vaught, 30, in connection with the robbery that occurred at Subway on Nov. 12.

Vaught turned herself in to police later that evening. Vaught has been charged with one count of robbery for her role in the incident at Subway.

Vaught is also a suspect in robberies in Willoughby and Highland Heights.

She is being held at the Lake County Jail on $100.000 bond.
