LAKEWOOD -- WMMS radio personality Chad Zumock was arrested for OVI in Lakewood early Friday morning.
According to the police report on file with Lakewood police, Zumock, 37, of Lakewood, was eastbound on Lake Avenue when he veered into the westbound lanes, drove off the road and struck a tree at about 3:18 a.m. Friday.
Zumock did not require medical attention and police say he refused a Breathalyzer test.
This is his second OVI arrest, the first being in Kent in 2008, according to court records. Zumock is a Kent State graduate.
He was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze owned by Tim Lally Chevrolet, according to the police report. The license plate on the Cruze was a dealer plate.
He was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, failure to control and a seatbelt violation.
He was released on $10,000 bond.
This is his second OVI arrest, the first being in Kent in 2008, according to court records.
