CLEVELAND -- The WMMS radio personality arrested in Lakewood last week for OVI is no longer employed at the station.

His biography has been removed from the station's website and it was mentioned on the Alan Cox Show Monday that his contract with the station was up and not renewed.

WMMS radio personality Chad Zumock was arrested for OVI in Lakewood early Friday morning.

Zumock's attorney entered a not guilty plea via fax, so Zumock was not in court on Monday and a pretrial hearing is set for Jan. 10.

According to the police report on file with Lakewood police, Zumock, 37, of Lakewood, was eastbound on Lake Avenue when he veered into the westbound lanes, drove off the road and struck a tree at about 3:18 a.m. Friday.

Zumock did not require medical attention and police say he refused a Breathalyzer test. This is his second OVI arrest, the first being in Kent in 2008, according to court records.

Zumock is a Kent State graduate. He was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze owned by Tim Lally Chevrolet, according to the police report. The license plate on the Cruze was a dealer plate.

He was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, failure to control and a seatbelt violation. He was released on $10,000 bond. This is his second OVI arrest, the first being in Kent in 2008, according to court records.
