CLEVELAND -- Camilia Terry, the mother of slain 3-year-old Emilliano Terry, will face a Cuyahoga County judge on Friday.

A Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Camilia Terry Tuesday on charges that include aggravated murder, endangering children, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse.

She is expected to enter a plea Friday at her arraignment at 8:30 a.m..

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office said Wednesday that it will retain custodial responsibility of Emilliano's remains until his funeral service.

The 3-year-old died of blunt force trauma to the head and body. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide that likely took place just before Thanksgiving.
