CHARDON -- Jury selection now underway at the trial of TJ Lane.
Nick Walczak who was paralyzed from the shooting was also in the courtroom.
So far, county workers, members of the Amish sector and active military service personal have been excluded.
There are more then 200 applications to go through for the jury selection.
Lane was in court earlier this week for a suppression hearing. The judge heard arguments as his attorneys fought to get multiple confessions thrown out. He is expected to rule on that sometime next week.
Lane was charged with the deaths of three students and injuring three other students including Walczak.
