CLEVELAND -- After a mother files a missing person report for her 13-year-old daughter, Jazmine Haamid, on Monday, police say that the daughter was found safe about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said they were not releasing any further details at the present time. Police notified the media about 5:35 p.m. Tuesday that Jazmine had been found.
Jazmine's mother last saw her daughter Dec. 14 after coming home from school. A little while later, Jazmine left and had not returned home.

- wears glasses (but does not have them on)
- has scar on her forehead and scar on lower lip
- wearing grey white scarf, denim jacket, black jeans
Jazmine is a student at Patrick Henry and may have been on her way to the Glenville Rec Center.
