PAINESVILLE --  The Lake County Sheriff's Office has arrested Stanley Lepovich based on a warrant with the charge of robbery in connection with the robbery Monday at the Family Dollar store in Painesville Township.

No further information was given as to how they tracked down the Lepovich.

Deputies were sent to 1621 Mentor Avenue about 3:45 p.m. Monday for a robbery that had just happened.

The two employees said a man threatened to hurt them if they did not give him money from the register. He grabbed the money and ran out of the store.

The employees described him as white, with a reddish-brown beard, about 6 feet tall weighing about 250 pounds.

He was wearing a camouflage jacket with a hoodie.

Called in to assist, the Mentor police K-9 tracked the man to the Cambridge Condominiums on Mentor Avenue.

There the track ended, so deputies assumed the man had gone inside the condos or gotten into a car.
