Robert S. Wisniewski, 79, of Lakeside Marblehead, was a passenger in the Sierra. He was taken to Magruder Hospital with minor injuries. He was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Wisniewski had been involved in another crash just a few hours earlier in Danbury Township and was on the way home from the hospital at the time of this crash.

The driver o the Ford Ranger was Jacob D. Burns, 22, also of Lakeside-Marblehead. Burns was not injured in the crash.

Burns was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. Burns was cited for driving left of center and causing the crash.

The Sierra pick-up was eastbound on E. Bayshore Road and the Ford Ranger was westbound. The Ranger's driver lost control on the icy roads and slid left of center and struck the Sierra head-on.
