Browns interviewing CFL's Marc Trestman

BEREA --  The Cleveland Browns are interviewing Montreal Alouettes head coach Marc Trestman in Berea.

Prior to the Canadian Football League, the 56-year old spent time in the NFL as an assistant coach with the Browns, Vikings, Buccaneers, 49ers, Lions, Cardinals, Raiders and Dolphins.

Trestman served as quarterbacks coach (1988) and offensive coordinator (1989) in Cleveland.

In five seasons as head coach for the Alouettes, he has compiled a 59-31 regular season record.  He is 5-3 in the post season including a two-time Grey Cup winner.

Trestman also won the 2009 AFL Coach of the Year award.

Multiple media outlets are reporting Trestman interviewed with the Bears on Monday.
