WILLOUGHBY -- Police say a woman put a Rubbermaid-brand tote bin in her shopping cart when she entered the Target Friday afternoon.
She then proceeded to fill the bin with more than two dozen items, then put the lid back on the bin. The woman then went to the pharmacy cashier and only paid for the bin.
She then left the store without making any attempt to pay for the additional items. Store security called police after they stopped her outside, having been watching her put items in the bin.
The Willowick woman, 40, was arrested and charged with theft of $584.48 worth of items, including a navy blue bra, George Strait and Kenny Chesney CDs, a blanket, a purse and picture frames.
