The classic Chevy Corvette has had an extreme makeover for the first time in a decade. Chevy unveiled its 2014 model. The new Corvette is lighter and more fuel-efficient than previous models. It's still fast, going from zero to 60 in under 4 seconds. The company won't quote a price, but to put it in perspective, this year's model Corvette starts at just under $50,000.
Coca-Cola will take to the airwaves for the first time to address the growing obesity problem. The world's number one beverage maker launched 2 TV ads Monday, looking at the link between high-calorie sugared drinks and obesity. The ad's promote Coke's low-calorie drinks and says weight gain is the result of consuming too many calories of any kind -- not just sodas. The growth in Coke's soda business over the last 15 years has come from their low- and no-calorie drinks.
