RICHLAND COUNTY -- 20-vehicle pile-up had closed I-71 South just north of Rte. 13 in Richland County.
It reopened just before 8 p.m.
Deputies say the accident involved four semi-tractor trailers and 15 to 16 vehicles and occured just after 2 p.m.
Patrol deputies also noted that a second pile-up involving a semitractor trailer near downtown Columbus occured just after 3:30 p.m. and has I-71 North at I-670 closed at least through the early evening.
The weather is a factor in both accidents.
